Progress Update: Sewell
JLA Construction is proud to be the plumbing contractor on this impressive ground-up project—a 7-building auto complex spanning over 25 acres. This future home of Cadillac, BMW, Buick, and GMC will include an onsite car wash, detailing station, and a luxury amenities building.

JLA Construction Company is proud to announce a major milestone in the development of the 36,000-square-foot Tri-County Behavioral Hospital—the successful installation of the roof. This achievement brings the state-of-the-art facility one step closer to completion, ensuring a secure and weather-tight structure as interior work progresses. Designed to provide essential mental health services to the community, the hospital remains on track for its scheduled opening, reinforcing JLA’s commitment to quality construction and community well-being. Hobby Airport Flooring
JLA has almost completed the Hobby Flooring project, replacing over 20,000 square feet of flooring at Hobby Airport in Houston, Texas. This high-traffic environment required careful planning and coordination to minimize disruptions to airport operations. Working around passenger flow, flight schedules, and strict security protocols, we delivered a durable, high-quality flooring solution that enhances both aesthetics and functionality—ensuring a seamless experience for travelers and staff alike.
